Client Instructions Home Equity Loan Application Data Entry Specialist
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented data entry freelancer to transfer home equity loan application information into our CRM system. This role is critical to ensuring accurate loan records for internal review and processing. Due to the sensitive financial nature of the data, confidentiality and accuracy are essential.
Scope of Work:
Review encrypted PDF home equity loan applications provided by the client
Accurately extract required data and enter it into the CRM system
Ensure all numeric and financial values are entered correctly and consistently
Cross-check entries against source documents to minimize errors
Flag any missing, unclear, or inconsistent information for client review
Follow all data security and confidentiality guidelines

Applicant ID
Application reference number
Lien position
Estimated property value
Existing mortgage balance
Requested loan amount
Debt-to-income ratio
Property type
Delivery:
Final Spreadsheet containing all entered home equity loan application data, clean, organized, and ready for review
Final Word Report summarizing completed work, including any missing data, discrepancies, or notes for client attention
Data Material Sources:
Client materials, including encrypted PDF loan applications and secure access credentials, will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
All data entry work must be completed and submitted by 11th February 2026.
