Project Overview:
Write a 1-page academic essay on the topic “The Role of Technology in Disaster Preparedness and Response.” The essay should follow APA format and explore how technological innovations enhance disaster management efforts. The work should highlight the importance of data collection, communication systems, and early warning technologies in minimizing the impact of natural and human-made disasters.

Specific Requirements:

1. Abstract: Provide an abstract of 150–200 words summarizing the essay’s main focus, key arguments, and findings.

2. Essay Length: The main essay should be 1 page (excluding title page, abstract, and references).

3. Formatting: APA format (12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced, 1-inch margins).

4. Citations: Use at least 2–3 credible scholarly or technical sources (disaster management, information technology, or environmental studies). Include proper in-text citations and a complete APA reference list.

5. Content Focus:

   • Overview of disaster preparedness and response frameworks.
