Project Overview:
Write a 1-page academic essay on the topic “Restorative Justice Programs and Their Impact on Victims and Offenders.” The essay should follow APA format and critically analyze how restorative justice approaches influence both victims and offenders compared to traditional punitive models. The work should highlight the effectiveness, challenges, and broader social implications of restorative justice.

Specific Requirements:

1. Abstract: Provide an abstract of 150–200 words summarizing the essay’s focus, key arguments, and findings.

2. Essay Length: The main essay should be 1 page (excluding title page, abstract, and references).

3. Formatting: APA format (12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced, 1-inch margins).

4. Citations: Use at least 2–3 credible scholarly sources (criminology, sociology, or justice system studies). Include proper in-text citations and a complete APA reference list.

5. Content Focus:
