Project Overview:
Write a 1-page academic essay on the topic “Impact of Mass Incarceration on Marginalized Communities.” The essay should follow APA format and analyze how mass incarceration disproportionately affects marginalized groups, including racial and ethnic minorities, low-income populations, and other vulnerable communities. The discussion should emphasize both social and economic consequences.

Specific Requirements:

1. Abstract: Provide an abstract of 150–200 words summarizing the essay’s focus, key arguments, and findings.

2. Essay Length: The main essay should be 1 page (excluding title page, abstract, and references).

3. Formatting: APA format (12-point Times New Roman, double-spaced, 1-inch margins).

4. Citations: Use at least 2–3 credible scholarly sources (criminology, sociology, or social justice studies). Include proper in-text citations and a complete APA reference list.

5. Content Focus:
