Project Overview:
A freelancer is needed to enter and standardize real estate property listings into our CRM system. The task includes verifying addresses, property types, and pricing details.
Scope of Work:
Enter property listing details.
Standardize location formats.
Ensure property descriptions are clear.
Update sold/rented status when applicable.
Deadline: 18th September 2025
Deliverables:
Excel database of all property listings.
Word report with summary by property type.
Required Fields (11):
Listing ID, Property Name, Address, City, State, Property Type, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Price, Listing Status, Agent Name.
Material source will be shared upon hire.
