Job Description

Main job is to record and update sales transactions for tour packages while capturing customer preferences. Work includes entering booking details, tracking package popularity, and organizing data for sales and marketing analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer bookings and tour package details into the spreadsheet/database.

• Record customer preferences (e.g., destination, travel season, group size).

• Track sales performance of different tour packages.

• Verify payment status and booking confirmations.

• Flag incomplete or unclear customer information.

• Prepare a Word report summarizing sales trends and customer choices.

Data Fields Required

1. Booking ID / Reference Number

2. Customer Name & Contact Information

3. Tour Package Name / Code

4. Destination

5. Travel Dates / Season

6. Number of Travelers

7. Customer Preferences (e.g., adventure, luxury, cultural, budget)

9. Payment Status (Paid / Pending / Partial)

10. Notes / Special Requests

Deliverables
