Project Overview:
We require a freelancer to enter new customer leads into our CRM database. The role involves reviewing lead forms and ensuring accurate input into the system for use by the sales team.
Scope of Work:
Input customer leads into the CRM.
Standardize formats for names, phone numbers, and emails.
Flag incomplete lead details.
Requirements:
Attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software basics.
Strong organizational skills.
Deadline: 19th August 2025
Deliverable Format: Updated CRM export in Excel (.xlsx).
Required Data Fields: Lead Name, Company, Email, Phone Number, Lead Source, Assigned Sales Rep.
