As this project involves sensitive personal and financial data, the selected freelancer must:
Follow strict confidentiality practices
Work on a secure internet connection
Not store or share any data outside the project scope
Be open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if requested
Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Basic PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) for reading application scans
Optional OCR tools (if you prefer to automate part of the process)
