Project Title: Research and Compile Real Estate Listings in the United States

Overview

The client requires a researcher to identify and collect information about real estate properties listed for sale or rent in selected U.S. cities. The researcher will gather details about houses, apartments, and commercial properties and organize the information into a spreadsheet.

Task Description

Research real estate listings located in San Francisco and San Jose. Include residential, commercial, and rental properties.

Zillow

Realtor.com

Redfin

Official property or real estate agency websites

Data to Collect

Please gather the following information for each property:

Property Name or Address

Property Type (House / Apartment / Condo / Commercial Property)

Price or Rent

Number of Bedrooms / Bathrooms (if applicable)

City

State

Contact Phone Number

Listing Website (if available)

Deliverable

Provide a spreadsheet containing at least 70 entries of real estate listings from the two cities mentioned above.

Requirements

All information must be accurate and verified from reliable sources.

Avoid duplicate entries.

Ensure the spreadsheet is well organized and clearly labeled.

Only include properties that are currently listed.

Submission Deadline

The completed spreadsheet should be submitted within 10 hours after receiving the task.
