We are seeking a meticulous freelancer to document and organize litigation research activities for ongoing cases. This role focuses on maintaining structured, up-to-date research records to support legal teams during active litigation.
Scope of Work:
Enter litigation research details from internal legal logs into a structured spreadsheet
Categorize research by case type, topic, and completion status
Verify accuracy and consistency of all recorded information
Flag incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent entries for review
Handle all legal information with strict confidentiality

Topic researched
Date of research
Assigned lawyer
Legal databases used
Summary of findings
Research status
Delivery:
Final Spreadsheet containing all litigation research documentation data, organized and review-ready
Final Word Report summarizing completed work, including discrepancies, missing data, or review notes
Data Material Sources:
Client materials, including internal legal logs and research documentation, will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
All data entry work must be completed and submitted by 10th February 2026.
