Overview:
We are seeking a reliable data entry freelancer to organize mortgage and home equity loan application data into our CRM system. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping and supports loan processing. Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are essential.
Scope of Work:
Review encrypted PDF mortgage and home equity loan applications provided by the client
Extract required data accurately and enter it into the CRM system
Verify numerical values, such as loan balances and property values, for consistency and correctness
Flag any missing, unclear, or inconsistent information for client review
Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and applicant information
Required Data Fields:
Applicant ID
Property address
Property market value
First mortgage balance
Second lien amount
Loan-to-value ratio
Credit score range
Application status
Delivery:
Final Spreadsheet containing all entered mortgage and home equity loan application data, clean, organized, and ready for review
Final Word Report summarizing completed work, including any missing data, discrepancies, or notes for client attention
Data Material Sources:
Client materials, including encrypted PDF loan applications and secure access credentials, will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
All data entry work must be completed and submitted by 11th February 2026.
