The History exam is designed to assess your understanding of historical events, periods, and analysis skills. It will test your knowledge of key events, figures, and interpretations, as well as your ability to critically analyze historical developments.
Modern and Contemporary History – events from the 18th century to the present, including industrialization, world wars, and decolonization.
Medieval and Early Modern History – feudal systems, monarchies, religious movements, and major conflicts.
World History and Global Events – international relations, revolutions, and the rise and fall of empires.
Historical Interpretation and Analysis – understanding different historical perspectives and evaluating sources.
Political and Social History – governance systems, social movements, and cultural developments.
