Project Description

Overview

The objective of this project is to compile a structured Community Service Hours Log. The spreadsheet will track volunteer participation and hours served, supporting internal reporting and program management.


Scope of Work

The task involves:

  • Reviewing paper logs and scanned reports provided by the client

  • Accurately extracting volunteer service information

  • Entering data into a clearly structured spreadsheet

  • Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and readability

  • Delivering a complete and organized final log


Required Fields

The spreadsheet should include:

  • Volunteer Name

  • Program Name

  • Hours Served

  • Dates of Service

  • Supervisor Name

  • Notes

Additional fields may be included if relevant and provided by the client.


Client Material Source

All data will be provided by the client, including:

  • Paper logs

  • Scanned reports

No external research is required.


Deliverables

  • One completed Community Service Hours Spreadsheet

  • Format: Excel or Google Sheets, as specified by the client
