The objective of this project is to compile a structured Community Service Hours Log. The spreadsheet will track volunteer participation and hours served, supporting internal reporting and program management.
The task involves:
Reviewing paper logs and scanned reports provided by the client
Accurately extracting volunteer service information
Entering data into a clearly structured spreadsheet
Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and readability
Delivering a complete and organized final log
The spreadsheet should include:
Volunteer Name
Program Name
Hours Served
Dates of Service
Supervisor Name
Notes
Additional fields may be included if relevant and provided by the client.
All data will be provided by the client, including:
Paper logs
Scanned reports
No external research is required.
One completed Community Service Hours Spreadsheet
Format: Excel or Google Sheets, as specified by the client
Spreadsheet must be clearly labeled, well-formatted, and ready for internal use
Accurate and complete data entry
Consistent formatting of names, dates, and hours
Professional and easy-to-read layout
The final spreadsheet must be delivered on or before 4th February 2026.
