The goal of this project is to create a structured database of public meeting records. The spreadsheet will organize information from past meetings for easy reference, reporting, and internal tracking.
The task involves:
Reviewing scanned agendas and attendance logs provided by the client
Accurately extracting meeting details
Entering data into a structured, clearly labeled spreadsheet
Ensuring consistency, completeness, and readability
Delivering a clean and ready-to-use database
The spreadsheet should include:
Meeting Title
Date
Location
Organizing Department
List of Attendees
Summary Notes
Additional fields may be added if required by the client.
All source information will be provided by the client, including:
Scanned meeting agendas
Attendance logs
No external research is required.
One completed Public Meeting Records Spreadsheet
Format: Excel or Google Sheets, as specified by the client
Spreadsheet must be clearly labeled, well-formatted, and ready for internal use
Accurate and complete data entry
Consistent formatting and spelling of names and departments
Easy-to-read and professionally structured layout
The final spreadsheet must be delivered on or before 4th February 2026.
