This is a take-away Emergency Medicine end-of-month examination designed to assess knowledge of acute medical conditions, rapid assessment, and emergency management principles. The exam allows sufficient time for careful evaluation and accurate responses.
The exam paper consists of three sections:
Section A: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Section B: Short-answer questions
Section C: Clinical and case-based questions
All sections must be attempted as instructed on the exam paper.
The exam may include questions on:
Initial patient assessment and triage
Airway, breathing, and circulation (ABC approach)
Shock and trauma management
Cardiac and respiratory emergencies
Neurological emergencies
Poisoning and toxicology
Sepsis and acute infections
Emergency procedures and protocols
Clinical and case-based emergency scenarios
The exam paper will be shared upon hire.
Answer all sections (A, B, and C) as instructed.
Use appropriate medical terminology and evidence-based reasoning.
Present answers in a clear, structured, and professional format.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all exam materials.
Clarify any unclear instructions before starting the exam.
Submit all answers in a Word document (.docx).
Include each question together with its corresponding answer.
Clearly label responses by Section (A, B, C) and question number.
Review all answers carefully before final submission.
