Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to track and organize attendance records for individual training sessions. This role focuses on monitoring participant presence, punctuality, and session-level observations to support training evaluation and reporting.

Scope of Work:

Enter attendance data from client-provided session logs and sign-in records into a spreadsheet.

Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and consistently formatted.

Track participant attendance, late arrivals, and session-specific notes.

Review records carefully and flag missing or unclear information.

Maintain confidentiality of participant data.

Required Data Fields:

Participant name

Training program name

Session number

Session date

Check-in time

Late arrival indicator

Attendance confirmation

Session observation notes

Delivery:

Submit a final spreadsheet that is clean, organized, and ready for review.

Clearly flag any missing or unclear entries.

Data Material Sources:

Client materials, including training session logs and attendance sheets, will be shared upon hire.

Deadline:

Completed spreadsheet must be submitted by 20th January 2026.
