We are hiring a detail-oriented freelancer to digitize and maintain court appearance records in a structured spreadsheet. This work ensures accurate tracking of case schedules, attorney appearances, and attendance notes. Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential.
Scope of Work:
Enter court appearance and case data from scanned calendars and case files into a spreadsheet.
Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Track case IDs, appearance dates/times, courtroom numbers, attorney names, and attendance notes.
Flag any missing or unclear information for review.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all case and attorney information.
Required Data Fields:
Case ID
Case title
Appearance date
Appearance time
Courtroom number
Judge name
Lead attorney
Co-counsel names
Attendance notes
Case type (civil/criminal/family/etc.)
Delivery:
Compile all entries into a final spreadsheet, clean, organized, and ready for review.
Clearly flag any missing or unclear information.
Data Material Sources:
Client materials, including scanned calendars and case files, will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
Completed spreadsheet must be submitted by 15th January 2026.
