Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented freelancer to enter and maintain small business loan records in a structured spreadsheet. This work will help track loan applications, disbursements, and repayments accurately. Accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality are essential.
Scope of Work:
Enter loan data from client-provided materials into a spreadsheet.
Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Track loan status, repayment schedules, and other critical loan information.
Flag any discrepancies or missing information for review.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all borrower and financial data.
Required Data Fields:
Business name
Loan account number
Loan application date
Loan amount approved
Disbursement date
Repayment schedule
Loan status (active/closed/overdue)
Borrower contact information
Delivery:
Compile all entries into a final spreadsheet, clean, organized, and ready for reporting.
Clearly flag any missing or unclear information.
Data Material Sources:
Client materials will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
Completed spreadsheet must be submitted by 15th January 2026.
