We are seeking a meticulous freelancer to enter general ledger records into structured spreadsheets. This work supports accurate financial reporting, internal audits, and overall accounting compliance. Accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality are essential.
Scope of Work:
Enter general ledger records from client-provided materials into a spreadsheet.
Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Identify and flag any discrepancies or unclear data.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and accounting information.
Required Data Fields:
GL account number
GL account description
Transaction reference number
Transaction date
Debit amount
Credit amount
Department / cost center
Currency code
Delivery:
Compile all entries into a final spreadsheet, clean, organized, and ready for accounting review.
Flag any missing or unclear information within the spreadsheet.
Data Material Sources:
Client materials will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
Completed spreadsheet must be submitted by 11th January 2026.
